These conditions describe the operation of the financial support mechanism proposed on the GARMIN IMG FORGE site (imgforge.garmin.allfabox.fr).

LemonSqueezy — Merchant of Record

Financial transactions are entirely managed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as Merchant of Record. As such, LemonSqueezy is the legal seller, collects and remits applicable VAT according to your country, and applies its own refund policy. Your payment data does not pass through this site.

1. Nature of the support

The "Fund a summit" button proposes to make a free donation in favor of the GARMIN IMG FORGE project. This is not a purchase of goods or services: the donor receives no direct consideration (no premium access, no exclusive feature, no delivery).

The minimum amount is €4. The donor freely chooses the amount they wish to contribute.

2. Payment processing

The transaction takes place on LemonSqueezy's infrastructure, secured via HTTPS and PCI-DSS compliant.

3. Use of funds

Donations received contribute to costs incurred by the author to maintain the project:

  • Server infrastructure costs (hosting, storage)
  • Test equipment (Garmin GPS devices)
  • Service fees used by the pipeline (bandwidth, etc.)

There is no guaranteed allocation of donations to a specific use.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to online purchases does not apply to voluntary donations made without consideration.

Nevertheless, LemonSqueezy may process refund requests on a case-by-case basis within a reasonable time following the transaction. For any request, contact LemonSqueezy support directly or the publisher at allfab@gmail.com.

5. Taxation

Donations made via this site are not tax-deductible (this is not a donation to a recognized public interest organization).

The applicable VAT, where applicable, is calculated and managed by LemonSqueezy in accordance with the legislation in force in the donor's country.

7. Applicable law

These conditions are subject to French law. In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the French courts have jurisdiction.
